Fully furnished house. 1 house back from the beach. Quiet, and breezy. TV's in all rooms. 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 10 beds. I live in one half of the duplex and in the other half of the duplex is the rental. My duplex is 3 stories and the rental is 2 stories. It has wifi. It has a 6 hundred watt stereo 4 channel 15 inch woofer. 11,000 songs on an iPod that goes with it. In 1 of the bathrooms, it has a hot jet tub, and in that bathroom, it has a stereo with the jet tub. 2 outside showers that can be hot and cold. 6 nights minimum to stay. I need also 2-3 days' notice. You cannot rent my place the day you inquire. Only the downstairs open room and the upstairs bedroom have AC. The AC is just a bonus in the rental, do not expect the whole entire rental to be an AC place. There are a lot of fans though and it does it breezy. Fire hazard if you leave the electricity on when you leave, if you leave and it is on, I have the right to go into the rental and turn it off. new outside furniture. BBQ is available. Kids at any age are allowed. Max 7 people. Some electric fans in the rental are not made to run for a long time because the motor could burn up, so if I hear that it is on, I have the right to turn them off if they are running for too long.
