Perazica Do, House No 1

Ground floor house (50 m2), has 2 bedrooms, a dining room and a large living room, kitchen and bathroom. An integral part of the house is a terrace in the extension of the living room with stunning view of the sea and a large green garden. Fitted wardrobes are available and home appliances necessary for a stay, including a washing machine. Air conditioning is not necessary due to the position of an object that allows a constant ventilation and airflow. The house has a parking place at the parking area along the access road. The resort has its own shop, which is close to home. The beach is pebble and can be reached via the stairs and through the village. On the beach there is a coffee shop, with possible refreshments meals by arrangement. Perazica Do is located at a distance of approximately 4 km from Petrovac na moru and about 10 km from Budva. Also nearby are airports in Tivat (37 km) and Podgorica (45 km) and the railway station Bar (28 km away from the village Perazića Do)
