There are 3 bedrooms with wardrobes, ceiling fans and the Master bedroom also has air conditioning. The outdoor entertaining area opens out into the beautiful cottage style garden featuring a water fountain and a bird bath for attracting the birds and other wildlife. Almost feels like you're in a cottage yet only steps away from the bustle of central Cleveland and the marina. Your host Lyn will meet you at the villa when you first arrive. Within minutes you can walk to one of the many cafes for your morning coffee and paper or take a leisurely stroll around the boutique shops, restaurants, bars, eat street and craft markets. The foreshores of Raby Bay and the marina are close by. The ferry terminal is at the end of the street and you can take a short trip to Stradbroke Island. There is a train station near Cleveland’s harbour precinct and also plenty of bus transport. There is a taxi rank outside the shopping centre. An airport shuttle can pick you up from outside the villa. It’s approximately 30 minutes to/from the airport. Ferry and water taxi terminals at Cleveland, Victoria Point and Redland Bay run regularly for Moreton Bay’s islands. The ferry terminal for Moreton Island’s Tangalooma resort is in Pinkenba near Brisbane. Brisbane CBD and Brisbane River is approximately 35 minutes by car. Brisbane River ferries offer a great way to see the city. Alternatively, jump aboard one of the riverboat cruises to attractions such as the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Gold Coast is approximately 40 minutes by car with attractions that include the Wet’n’Wild, Seaworld and Movie World Theme Parks and their famous beautiful golden sandy beaches.
