Pear Tree Farm is a rustic grade 2 listed Tudor/Georgian farmhouse with a large rambling garden. Full of character, and quirky charm, the house sleeps up to 10. There are 4 double bedrooms, with comfortable beds and an extra sofa bed in the front snug. We are about 20 minutes from the heritage coast. There is a rambling garden with apple trees and pond at the back of the house. Lots of beautiful butterflies and blue tits in the summer. It is very peaceful and not overlooked. The property is surrounded by fields in the front of it and a quiet road. Guests have access to the whole house So please email me with any queries There is a lovely cosy local pub, the Buck in Rumburgh, about 5 minute drive from house. It could be cycled in around 10 mins. There is a Football pitch on a little green by church in village. 10 minute walk from house. Southwold, Dunwich and Walberswick are around 20 minutes by car. Aldeburgh can be reached in 35 mins. We are around 8 minutes from Halesworth town which has a supermarket, butchers, postoffice, lovely coffee shops etc. Free car parking for an hour. We have a resident cat called Tabby. He can be locked out if weather fine. We also have four chickens which will need feeding.
