My property is a 2 story 4 bedroom townhouse, 3 of the bedrooms are available for rent through airbnb (the 4th one is occupied by me =P). The number of people in the house at any give time fluctuates with occupancy and is usually between 4 and 6 There are three fridges in the kitchen, so fridge space is usually not an issue. The kitchen is a joy to cook in and there is plenty of dining and couch space to go around. The bookshelves here are stocked wall to wall with cookbooks so feel free to have a browse if you’re looking for inspiration: ) The large patio is great for outdoor lounging in the summer and also acts as a designated smoking area. House rules: Please do not wear shoes or slippers inside the bedrooms Please do not eat inside the rooms. Spillage resulting in stains may incur extra cleaning fees. Please do make use of the dining room table, television etc. Please keep the kitchen tidy after use and wash all used plates, cutlery and cookware. I try to pick up the slack where possible but the kitchen gets dirty very quickly if we don’t each do our part. Thank you for making it this far if you did, hoping to receive your booking requests soon :) You can use your room and any common spaces including the living room, kitchen 2 patios, front yard and home gym. I’ll be living on the property so will be pretty close by a lot of the time... feel free to ask me anything : ) My place is very close to Deakin University with very good public transport to and from the city/box hill/ Chadstone/ Burwood one shopping centre. The street itself is pretty quiet and has a gym, a gas station and a jiu jitsu dojo across the street : ) There are buses (probably your best bet public transport wise) and the #75 tram that goes straight to the city. Otherwise the train stations are just a short uber trip away. I’d recommend getting a car if you’re going to be exploring more rural areas as there is plenty of on street parking available and cars here are pretty cheap and available! The house is equipped with an OPTUS NBN with unlimited data. Basic toiletries like towels, shampoo conditioner and body wash, hair dryers etc are provided and feel free to ask if you request anything else : ) Each room has an AC unit that has very good heating capabilities but please use the drafters provided to keep the warm air in as much as possible.
