Ideally located to explore Devon and Cornwall with many attractions close by. Situated on a holiday park which may be busy at peak periods. This is a holiday lodge, not to be used as a base for workers. Brookview provides a perfect place to relax and unwind. The enclosed deck accessed from the upstairs living area is ideal for a BBQ or to sit back and soak up the Cornish sun. The sound of the brook babbling by adds to the atmosphere. Situated in the grounds of Honicombe Manor with free use of the onsite indoor and outdoor swimming pools, games room, tennis court, two playgrounds and a dog friendly bar serving food with light family entertainment during school holidays. I have been visiting the area for many years, please do ask if you would like to know more about things to do/places to visit during your stay. Ideal location to explore Devon and Cornwall. Easy access to north and south coasts. Plenty of beaches to choose from. Numerous attractions within a 10 mile radius including National Trust/English Heritage properties, animal sanctuaries, tree surfing, a golf course and market towns. A car is advisable to make the most of your stay. There is however a bus stop at the park entrance with regular services and Gunnislake train station is 15 minutes walk. We own another property Honeycombe Lodge which is 150 metres away. We often have larger groups/families booking both properties. The swimming pool is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. The onsite pub is closed Christmas Day only.
