The Little Cottage is a boutique 1 bed stone built cottage in the picturesque village of Porth (Newquay). The cottage benefits from a roll top bath with valley views, private off road parking and only a 10 minute walk to Porth beach. There are some beautiful walks in the local area where you can enjoy the North Cornwall coastline, you can also walk to the beautiful Watergate Bay and Lusty Glaze to enjoy fantastic food and stunning views. The Little Cottage, is a relaxing haven for you to get away from the hustle and bustle. Nestled within a small court of cottages and with a lovely outside court where you can sit and enjoy the valley views, you're also only a short walk in to Porth and to the beach. The cottage has a boutique feel with a roll top bath in the bedroom, from which you can enjoy the views with a glass of fizz. We also have a jungle themed bathroom with rainfall shower and downstairs is a relaxing space for you to unwind. The dining table looks out of the sliding doors across the valleys and is the perfect spot to eat, drink or work. Dining table is the perfect workstation with a comfortable chair and good wifi speeds (25mb - 37mb download speed). We can also provide a printer if required. We also have a large smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon prime as well as the usual channels. A fantastic base to explore North Cornwall or further afield and then relax at the end of the day. the cottage has tasteful interior design and is very comfortable.
