Stay in a charming and recently transformed cottage with a fabulous view of the village green from your bedroom. Contemporary kitchen with rooflight and bifold doors into large garden with barbeque and decked area. Guests have use of living /dining area as well as kitchen and utility room. Although there is only one double room on offer, a further adjacent single room could be available occasionally for an accompanying child Cooker/microwave/washer/fridge/garden area/bike storage/car parking I am happy to give guidance on places to visit and will make guests very welcome but guests are not expected to spend time with me! A very quiet, peaceful and safe area with easy access to Yarm. (5 minute walk) Near to local train station with trains direct to London and connections to all of UK Easy access to main line station; bus routes; A1 , A66 and A19
