Double story house; owner lives down stairs. Air BnB guests have private entrance to upstairs floor. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan kitchen and lounge upstairs. Mountain/ocean views from all angles. Private garden and off street parking. Come and feel welcomed in an artist's house where the sound of the sea in the background and sublime silence creates the perfect place to rest, feel creative and relax with a book or enjoy the wonders the mountains, sea and sun have to offer. There is a gate and a place to park that is used exclusively by a guest. It gives you private access to the top floor of the house where all amenities for self catering is available. Guests will be welcomed when they arrive and then left to enjoy their stay. The bottom floor in the house will be occupied by the owner. The house is situated in a residential area with many other holiday homes surrounding it. Kleinmond is an hours drive from Cape Town and 30 mins to Hermanus, with many sight seeing opportunities such as Wine Tasting, Horse Riding, Mountain Climbing, Rowing on the Ocean or the Lake and many more. The house is a short distance, 5 min walk, from the sea and there are many beautiful paths and trails to go explore.
