Studio 1,3 km from beach 1km from METRO

This new Luxurious Studio was made in spring of 2016 and if fully equipped and has access to private yard within lemon trees.It is 28 m2 and is operational both summer and winter, this studio is located in one of the most expensive areas of south-west part of athens at hilltop Pani. It is a peacefull neibourhood making perfect for relaxation and it is located only 1.5 km from the beach and 8 km from the center of athens. Also the bus station is next to the studio and the metro station is 15 mins walking or 5 mins with the bus, meaning the trasportation from the studio to wherever you want is easy. You can find anything you need within walking distance, from pharmacies to super markets, banks and bakaries and there is a greek souvlaki restaurant around the corner one of the best of the area. The neighborhood is very quite, open spaced and very safe every hour of day, you actually hear more birds than cars sounds! There are 2 bicycles that you can use to go the metro station (only 5 minutes by bike) or to the beach (10 minutes by bike). The private yard is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and to relax within the quiet urban enviroment of the area. Guests have access to all household appliances, equipment, amenities & facilities -1 Double-sized bed -Free Wi-Fi and internet access -1 smart TV 32" LG -A/C -A fully operational kitchen equipped with oven, toasters, coffee makers, microwave oven and everything you need to cook. We have pots and pans and we provide with basic ingredients like salt, pepper and suger. Also we provide you a couple bottles of bottled water for the first days. -Cold water, coffee and tea will be available for you upon arrival. -Maps of the area will be provided with a lot points of interest to help you where you want to go. Also we will give you a printed schedule of the bus to help you with your timing. -The door and the windows are reinforced and the windows have metal rails for maximum security. -2 bicycles Outside the studio there is public free parking slots. The studio is situated in an urban residential area. Therefore an important condition of your stay is to fully respect the peace and quietness of other residents at all times. The quiet hours are from 15.00 to 18.00 and from 23.00 to 07.00. The bus routs is taking you to the one to the beach and to the metro and the other from the metro to Marina Alimou and the Yacht center and from there you can go from the port of Piraeus to the airport the amazing center of Athens and the rest of the coast line till the end to the temple of Poseidon in Sounio. There are also buses working at night after 12 o'clock and leaving you at a walking distance of the studio.
