Cozy and convenient, 2 bedrooms (1 x king size bed, 2 x single beds), small kitchen, living room and balcony overlooking the Teryan street. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (2nd floor Armenian) and the building entrance has a security lock. I can arrange airport pickup service based on standard fees. . Let me know if you need pickup service. Additional payment is required. You can use all the space. The satisfaction of my guests is my highest priority. I prefer socializing with my guests to better suit their needs. I'm always ready to assist my guests in any way possible, even not related to the apartment. This apartment provides an outstanding spot to visit and enjoy Yerevan from a central location. We have put great care in furnishing the apartment to make you feel at home. However, we also ask you to look after the flat so that future guests can enjoy all the facilities in the same condition as you will do. We are grateful for your following some basic house rules: • Do keep the noise level to a minimum between 23:00 and 08:00 (also on the stairs!). The flat is located in a residential area and neighbors may call the police if they are disturbed at night time. • Please do not smoke in the flat. You will find an ashtray in the balcony where you can have a smoke. • Do not bring food or drinks in the bedrooms. • Parties are not allowed in the flat. Please be aware that if any of the rules above are infringed, guests will be asked to leave the apartment with immediate affect without being entitled to a refund of the deposit or the accommodation total fee.
