Villa Florine Florine is a wonderful and very complete holiday house in the Lot and Garonne for 10-12 persons including a fully equipped kitchen, a large heated and enclosed swimming pool, a gym and solarium. Florine is only a few hundred meters from a village with bakery and restaurant. Inside Villa Florine Florine has three floors. On the ground floor is the entrance, living room with wooden floor, piano, bar with fridge, dart-bord and biljart. Two large patio doors give access to the south facing terrace with two large dining tables (16-20 people) a gas barbecue and a seating area, large kitchen, which includes six-burner gas hob, oven and a large dining table for 10 people. A four-person bar separates the kitchen from the dining room. The house has 5 large bedrooms of which 3 on the ground floor. The first 2 have patio doors with access to the terrace. The master bedroom with double bed of 160 x 200 has a private bathroom with walk-inn shower and sink. The 2nd bedroom (with air conditioning) has a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00. The 3rd bedroom (with air conditioning) has a double bed of 1.40 x 1.90. In both bedrooms can if necessary an extra bed be placed. Finally, there is a 2nd bathroom with italian shower, sink, bath and separate toilet. 1st floor: Here are the 4th and 5th bedrooms both with a double bed of 1.40 x 1.90 and the 3th bathroom with italian shower and toilet. Finally, on this floor there is also a play area with TV and an X-Box kinect with various games. Basement: In the basements is a gym equipped with Sauna (€50,-/wk), electric treadmill, stepper, elleptische-bike, a home-trainer and various other small sports equipment. Outside Villa Florine Florine has a large garden (4000 sqm) with heated and enclosed pool. The large swimming pool (11 x 5) has a reduced section of 20cm. At the pool is also a separate toilet, sink and refrigerator. For the children there is a small football area and a large trampoline. For tenants with a dog is a separate fenced area. Surroundings Florine is on the edge of a village. 200 to 300 meters away is a small post office where every morning (except Sunday) fresh bread is sold. There is also within walking distance is a multi-sport terrain, a petanque area and a restaurant. Marmande is about 10 km away Marmande, a town where you can find everything you need. Casteljaloux (15 km) has an 18 hole golf course, spas, a casino and a lake with a sandy beach. The beautiful and culture-rich city of Bordeaux is an hour's drive away.
