My home is warm and welcoming

I live just 10 minutes From liverpool airport and 20minutes from the city centre. There is a gym located at the top of street followed by sweet shop+ chip shop for quick and easy groceries, any more questions feel free to email - PROFESSIONALS ONLY! It's a spacious double room, my room is next door and the bathroom is downstairs. It's a old fashioned house and very spacious. There is no tele in your room however you are free to use the lounge for watching sky, sky movies and any other programmes you wish to watch. I also have a outside yard so feel free to use that if you wish to Smoke. WiFi password is given upon arrival Not very often but when I can I enjoy to have a good talk and tea I live in a street and you can park outside the house. The street is in a very quiet area however every Tuesday the bun men cone betqeen 8 and 10am so can be a little noisy. There is a shopping retail park 10minute walk from my home, perfect for getting any last minute shopping. 82 Bus is a 5mins walk from my street and local train station is 20 minute walk I have 2 friendly cats - With me working alot I require you treat this as you would treat your home, any special requirements do ask as I may be able to suit your needs eg Check in and check out.
