The house is located in the old part of Korea where all the touristic locations (Dongdaemun, Myungdong, City Hall, Namsan and Itaewon) are all within 15 minutes by subway line 1 & 2 (Shinseoldong Station). If you are a traveller who wants to experience traditional Korean Hanok house as well as normal Korean lifestyle, this is a perfect place to stay. We also have open air courtyard where you can enjoy after a long day of travel. It is equipped with private entrance, full size kitchen and clean bathroom. The guests will be staying within our private home as we are a family of four. Paul, my husband, is Canadian/Korean who speaks fluent English and Korean as well as proficient in French. Ji Yeong is fluent in Korean and Japanese. We are a fun family, whom enjoys back-yard BBQ time to time and guests are welcome to join us. We will do our best to assist you when you need our assistance while staying with us. Sinseol-dong is located in a convenient location to reach many tourist attractions such as the Jongno district (5-10 mins by bus/subway), local flea markets (5-10 mins walking), traditional herbal markets (15 mins walking), shopping in Dongdaemun (20 mins walking/5 mins subway) and the Chonggyechon stream (10 mins walking). Plus there are many typical Korean restaurants and bars around our house if you're looking for a bite to eat! We are located in Sinseol-dong, minutes from Sinseol-dong station which is on line 1 and 2. Many buses, including the airport bus, also pass by our house.
