Das Ferienhaus liegt im Grünen circa 15 Minuten vom idyllischen See entfernt. Helles Wohnzimmer mit Schwedenofen und Bettsofa. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Helle Küche, Dusche/WC. Gartensitzplatz mit Cheminée. Nichtraucher erwünscht. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Auf Wunsch stehen Ihnen 2 Fahrräder (Citybikes) zur Verfügung. Preis CHF 60 für 1 Person, CHF 80 für 2 Pesonen The cosy chalet has a bright livingroom with a fireplace (incl. wood supply), a bed sofa, TV and a large table. There is a double bed and a spacious closet in the bedroom. The small but modern kitchen is well-equipped including a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer and an automatic coffeemachine. The garden seating area with an outdoor fireplace is the gem of the chalet! Bed linen and towels are provided! You have access to the whole chalet including the garden. I will be happy to help you with any kind of information and advice. The little chalet is situated in a calm and very green neighbourhood in the beuatiful village of Unterägeri. Within minutes you will find yourself in the picturesque nature of the Swiss prealps. There are several leisure and sport activities including swimming in the Ägerisee, several bike and hiking routes, nordic walking trail, boat tours on the Ägerisee, Vita-Parcour, Skilift, Sportcenter Aegerital (Tennis, group fitness, indoor cycling , squash, sauna, steam bath) The village of Unterägeri is well conntected by public transport. A bus leaves to/from Zug every 30 min. The cities of Zürich and Luzern are easily accessible by public transport (1h) as well as by car (30min). Das Ferienhaus ist während den Wintermonaten November bis März geschlossen. The house is closed during the winter.
