Close to the Airport #2

Light and bright double bedroom with a queen sized bed. It's approximately a 10 min drive to and from the airport. It's walking distance to the Qantas/Jetstar York St training centre and Essendon Airport. I can offer flexiable arrival/departure times and length of stay times to Qantas/Jetstar staff. Please message me with your requirements. Meals and food are not included. You are most welcome to come and share my home. I have previously had a property in NZ with Airbnb and it was a great success. We live a very clean and tidy lifestyle and are happy to share the facilities with you including the living areas, kitchen and laundry. There is a peaceful outdoor alfresco area to enjoy a relaxing cuppa etc. The bathroom (with separate toilet) is only shared if there are other guests in the house. There are two bathrooms and 3 toilets so sharing isn't a problem for guests. It's ideally suited to flight training staff due to proximity to the training centre in York St and Essendon Fields. This home is shared with 3 very friendly cats, so if you have allergies etc then this isn't the place for you. Everything you would expect is available for your comfort and use.. Help yourself to tea and coffee anytime of the day. The parking is on street. If you arrive late in the evening and departing before 9am there is off street parking available on the property. If you need to check in prior to 11am please check first. I am available to offer advice if needed. We are close to the 59 Tram route so it's very easy to get into the city day and night. (approx 45min ride) Myki cards are available from the 7/11 in Niddrie, but if you already have one make sure you bring it with you. We are very handy to the supermarket to pick up the bits and pieces you may need. There are also a lot of lovely restaurants etc at the Niddrie shopping district which is a short walk. DFO is a quick uber ride. The 59 tram runs every 15 mins and will take you directly into the heart of the city. Cafe 53 is just around the corner and great for brunch and lunches. The 59 Tram stops are on Matthews Ave which is approx a 10 minute walk from the house. This tram takes you directly past the Royal Melbourne Hospital, into Flinders St and the Victoria Markets. It's approx 45 mins to the central city. You will need a myki card to use the trams and I can help you get one if required. Although breakfast is not provided as such , should you require a breakfast please enquire about availability and price.
