No pets or Smokers Guests are free to use shared seating areas outside the apartment and in garden. Washing machine & drying area available to use by guests , free or small charge. We live next door Situated just outside Ulverston near the Cumbrian Way so great for biking or walking. Lovely and peaceful location with stunning rural views. Great for biking or bus available (1/2 mile walk away) for travel into Lakes or Ulverston. Please note that bus services are not particularly regular here. Ulverston station connects to mainline onto Lancaster, Manchester, London Euston or Glasgow. There is a WiFi booster in the annexe and the internet has been recently upgraded so you will be able to download / upload but speeds fluctuate between (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) mbs and the connection can be unstable at times. You will be fine to use social media, email , (Hidden by Airbnb) etc . The other thing to mention is that the drive is on a slope as we live on a hillside, hence the lovely views but parking is off road so safe but it is better to back onto the drive. There is a dedicated space for Airbnb guests towards the top of the drive, along the wall .
