Shack on an Esplanade

Our little Toogoom 'shack' is close to the ocean: a few steps directly in front of house (in a dead-end street)! Our place is good for anyone who wants to escape hustle & bustle. Want to get back to basics, no frills attached? Then this 'shack' will do the trick! Come and relax: old style. See kangaroos, peacocks, wonderfully amazing birds & all wildlife 'typically Australian'. 15 minutes from Hervey Bay - you can board a boat and go Whale-Watching! Nothing flash, yet truly memorable 'SHACK'. Sleeping arrangements: Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (trundle) 1 Bathroom PLEASE NOTE: There are NO internal stairs. Downstairs: (Open plan - Common Space - with kitchenette) Double bed + sofa bed and Bathroom Detached Accommodation (Bedroom 3)– Rear of Property 2 x single beds and bathroom Rear of Property – 2.5 Bay Garage & washing machine. Fire pit Upstairs: Lounge, kitchen and verandah with BBQ. Views through to ocean. Back deck. You will have access to the entire shack and shed and 1100m2 of yard space! Our wonderful neighbours will be the go-to people. You will also have my text contact information for any questions, any time. Once your booking is approved, you will have access through Air BnB to more details and key collection information. There is an additional $150 cleaning fee/linen washing fee - no matter how long you stay or number of people. This is additional to rental cost and is calculated in your final online amount payable. Bath towels will be provided & some beach towels. Linen on all beds (depending on number of guests and configuration of beds) is also provided.
