It's right next to Gleneagles hospital, Great Eastern Mall and Signature Starbucks. You will fall in love with the fabulous rooftop view of KL City skyline on 25th floor & Signature 3 Towers Swimming Pool with relaxing Jacuzzi. This cozy & lovely home has a spacious living room, ideal for city breaks/ small family trip/ business trip/short term stay/birthday party. Whole unit is air-conditioned & comes with high speed WiFi & International TV Box to round up a wonderful and memorable stay. We provide all these: . One Queen Sized Bed . One Sofa Bed . FREE WIFI access . TV Box with all kinds of channels . Iron & Ironing board . Hair dryer . Washing machine . Towels(2pc), Bed Linens (For 2pax, extra upon request) . For extra car parking ticket price as below (7.00am - 7.00am): First 15 min - Free First 2 hours - RM3 Subsequent hour - RM1 Max per day- RM15 Note: Before your check-in, We will need your IC/passport photocopy for building management in order to allow you to the property. You may remark on your ID but make sure the info is readable. We appreciate your kind assistance in this matter. [Safety]: Our condo is with security watch over 24 hours, with access card to access the building, secured car park, lift and accessible floor so it is very safe to stay in. [Check-in & check-out]: Auto check-in & check-out through getting key in mailbox. One day before you arrive, you will receive check-in & check-out instructions which shows detailed instructions on exact location, how to get the key, where to park your car, unit number etc. [KL Airport Transfer] : We do provide Kuala Lumpur Airport Transport services at special rate. Please let me know if you need this arrangement. [Customise Trip] : We do provide customise trip service to provide you the best trip ever. Please let me know if you are interested. [Late checkout] is possible with approval from the host (subject to availability).
