Villa Alamanda 5-6 Persons

Villa Alamanda is just one of six 3 bedroom villas making up the Plantation Beach Villas Resort, perched on a gentle landscaped slope down to the golden sands of Stonehaven Bay, where our shared pool, office and beach bar are located. Rates quoted are for 5-6 guests sharing a 3 bedroom villa, we do have listings for just 3-4 persons and for just a couple occupying an entire villa. We are a Villa Resort comprising just six 3 bedroom villas on a gentle landscaped slope down to the golden sands of Stonehaven Bay, where our shared pool, office and beach bar are located. Rates quoted are for 5-6 guests sharing a 3 bedroom villa, we do have reduced rates for just 3-4 persons and for just a couple occupying an entire villa. While the rates are adjusted by the number of persons booking each villa, guests book an entire villa for themselves. So no matter how many are booked, you do enjoy access to the entire 3 bedroom villa. Guests also enjoy the use of the pool, and we do allow access to the beach during daylight hours. The office is open daily. Our office does not work 24 hours a day so arrivals outside of these hours would require special arrangements for you to be met. Our Manager is always available with a number that you would be provided with and he lives 12 minutes from the property. From our office we can arrange tours, reservations, rentals, and any other assistance you may require. Each villa has varying views of the sea as we have kept the property very lush as we are adjoining the Grafton Bird Sanctuary. We have one large shared pool (only for our guests) next to our Beach Bar, just steps through the garden from the beach. There is a small supermarket, ABM, Pizza Shop and a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and the larger International type supermarkets with in-store delis and bakeries etc are just 5 minutes drive away. We are 5 minutes drive to Mt. Irvine Golf course. From our office we will be happy to make arrangements for Taxis or Rental cars, we will also make all arrangements for a variety of Tours and activities. We are 15 minutes drive from both the Airport and the Ferry Terminal. Some spaces are shared - Beach is Public and Pool & Beach Bar area are shared by guests from the other six villas.
