Just a short stroll to public transport, Como Hotel, and cute cafes. Or a few minutes in an Uber and you're at Crown Casino, Victoria Park's bustling cafe strip, Curtin University, City, Swan River, and golf course. Our guesthouse is brand new, fully self contained with separate bathroom / laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. Our place is fully self contained, you'll want for nothing. It's private, and pretty spectacular - if we don't say so ourselves! Our guesthouse is behind a secure lock up gate. This doubles as your own private access, meaning you can come and go as you please. We are always on hand to help out with anything you might need. From restaurant recommendations to directions. Doctors, shopping centre, freeway, bike tracks, or golf course - we can provide as much, or little local knowledge as you require. Kensington is super close to the city, and the beautiful Swan River, where you can walk or ride around on Perth's bike and walk paths. This is an established neighbourhood, with lots of jacaranda trees and birds. We have onsite parking, and many options for public transport. Bus, train, and ferry timetables are available in your guesthouse.
