A fully equipped kitchen dining area, sitting area next to a fireplace and lounge room, through the bathroom to the laundry and out to the back yard. A granny flat named 'The Poolroom' is located there it is the 3rd bedroom that sleeps an additional 3 guests with the aditional bathroom. This space is included with booking for 6 guests or more, at a minimum. $120 per night. What’s around? - Lake Eildon- located just across the road, waiting for those who like to fish or participate in water sports - Mt Buller- known for its downhill ski slopes and terrain parks, with bike trails and beautiful walking trails across the mountain. Located just an hour away Other attractions include - Memorial rock - Bonnie Doon country markets. Year round Bonnie Doon is home to car rallies, music events and more. Bonnie Doon is a small Community, old and Young, locals live close by, genuine friendly people. There is a bus that travels from Melbourne departing from Southern Cross Station, travelling through Box Hill, Lilydale, Yea, Bonnie Doon, Mansfield (and to Mt Buller during winter months). The bus travels up to 3 times a day. Please ask if you require more details or visit the PTV (Public Transport Victoria) to plan your journey. Note: when booking for 4 guests or under you get the main house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. If you would like to use the 3rd bedroom, your booking must be for 6 guests.
