Long Beach Lodge - Beachfront

This luxurious, modern beach house is perfect for family groups to enjoy a weekend away or an extended stay. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac below Square Head Nature Reserve, guests can enjoy wandering out the back gate towards the beach or follow the grassy paths up to the head land for a bush walk. Swim, fish off the beach, build sandcastles, explore the rock pools, bush walk around the head land or simply sit back and relax. Great for a summer holiday or quiet get away in winter. The house has a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with reading nooks. This living space opens onto a large covered balcony with outdoor dining and ocean views. Upstairs has powder room adjacent to living area. The kitchen is fully equipped plus coffee machine, milkshake maker, mix master and baking tins. There are two BBQs, a smaller on the upstairs balcony and a larger one on the downstairs terrace. There are five oversized bedrooms. Master bedroom upstairs with queen bed, new ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, study nook and private balcony. Downstairs has two queen bedrooms with wardrobes – one with an ensuite. Bunk room with one set of bunks plus a single bed. Single room with single bed. Downstairs living area has a pool table, bar fridge, TV and small range of DVDs. The main bathroom is downstairs and has a luxurious deep bath and shower, separate toilet. There is laundry room at the back of the house with washing machine, dryer and ironing board. The backyard is an enclosed garden with outdoor shower. Large BBQ on covered terrace with outdoor dining. There is ample car parking – room for a boat. Children’s playground 50m from the house. Access to entire home but not garage. Ample off street parking - room for boat. Covered terrace to store beach and fishing equipment. We are not at the house but available by phone 24/7 as guests require. A code for the front door will be provided the day before arrival. Once inside a set of keys is available. Beach, kangaroos, dolphins, whales in Sept/Oct (see in one of the beach photos!), beautiful walking, fishing from beach, rocks, and boat. 7 minute drive to Batemans Bay. Maloney's Local shop 3 min drive has takeaway, basic groceries, fresh croissants made by French owner some days! Please note that linens/towels are provided per guest and are covered by the cleaning fee. A discount can be provided if you do not plan to use all beds.
