Brighton by the Bay Studio Apt., Melbourne, Aust.

This Sudio apartment is above my double garage so is seperate to my house. It is large & light filled. A 5 min. walk to beautiful up-market Church St. with many cafes, restaurants & lovely shops & Supermarkets/ Chemist etc. Also a 5 min. walk to the Bay/Beach & cycling/walking paths, cafes, Royal Brighton Yacht Club, ‘The Baths’ restaurant/cafe & jetty. The Middle Brighton train station is a 8-10 min. walk which takes 20 mins. to Richmond Station( MCG/Aust.Open) or 25 mins. to Flinders St. CBD It is a very quiet room as I am set back from the street. Parking is available on the street. The Studio Room is through my main property gate , has its own stair entry & is one large space above my double garage. The room is very spacious & has a Queen bed, lounge area, & en-suite bathroom. I am usually able to communicate & usually not too far from home( unless travelling OS myself). Brighton is a beautiful established older suburb of Melbourne with a lovely family atmosphere. Easily located to get anywhere in Melbourne & Mornington Peninsula. Only a 15min. drive to the Westgate Bridge & 45mins. to Tullamarine airport. Close to trains, buses, cycling & walking paths. I have a friendly old dog , Molly, who usually stays in the front yard during the day & in my back courtyard at night. I also have a cat, Pusscat (Angeline), who wanders around the front yard & comes inside my house. Hence the front gate must be shut at all times & locked if you go out.
