Short Walk To Town & Dorfold Hall, Parking 4 Cars

My home is a 5 Bedroom Luxury Town House, available for Groups of up to 10. Located within a few minutes walk of the Town Centre and on the doorstep to Cheshire’s Countryside. A real home from home with hotel touches. Kingsley House is a Deceptively Spacious Three Storey Town House on a Residential Development in Nantwich (Cheshire) offering guests a real "Home-From Home" experience with some luxury hotel touches. We have been renovating parts of the house over the autumn /winter of 21/22 and now have a brand new kitchen, family bathroom, lounge, the driveway has been extended allowing up to 4 cars to park off road now and lastly the garden is being changed and will be finished in April. We will be having a lovely deck area with outside seating & dining , a bbq, fire pit for those chilly evenings, and a lazy spa hot tub ( this can be hired if needed) This house has A super king size room with a 42” TV and Sky. A king room ( with TV & free view/Netflix) and a small double room on the first floor ( also with Freeview TV) along with a family bathroom ( with shower) The second floor has 2 Master bedrooms both with king size beds and an en suite shower room each.There are also plenty of large mirrors in the house to use. Each bed has luxurious 800 thread count sateen hotel bedding, very comfortable mattresses & complimentary towels/robes. The ground floor along with the rest of the house is stylishly presented in a contemporary design, making it the perfect place to relax, guests can enjoy the cosy sitting room with its huge U shape comfy sofa ,which overlooks the garden, benefitting from a 55” Smart Tv with Sky, Netflix, Prime and complimentary broadband and you can enjoy the fire in the cooler months. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 Fan ovens, an induction hob, American fridge/freezer with filter water & ice, microwave, kettle, toaster & Lavazza coffee machine. ( plus milk frother) Tea/coffee/sugar and basic condiments/pantry food as well as other kitchen essentials are left, which your welcome to use if you forget anything. There is an honesty jar for anything you use. There is a dining table that seats up to 8 and 2 bar stools, everything that you can need for your stay. Whilst children are welcome we don’t have any equipment such as cots, high chairs. We have a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs. ** Please note that we do ask that "Quiet Time" is observed after 11pm as we are on a Residential Development & ask that you consider our neighbours when staying with us.** The large garden is fully enclosed and has plenty of seating, with a BBQ ( This is all stored away in Autumn /Winter) please ask if you wish to use it over winter The house does have a Lazy Spa Hot Tub in the garden, you can hire this if you wish to enjoy it during your stay. There is a damage deposit payable ( refundable if no damage) plus the hire fee. The hot tub will be set up and heated for your arrival and of course cleaned with the correct chemicals. There is 1 parking space in front of the garage and a further 3 spaces at the side of the house. Entire house and garden Self check in using the key safe Kingsley House is a few minutes walk into the town centre and all of its amenities, local boutique shops, restaurants, cafes & bars. There is so much to do for all ages and abilities right on the doorstep. There are plenty of pubs/cafes and restaurants that are child friendly and some allow dogs too. In the opposite direction is rural Nantwich, The Shropshire Canal is on the doorstep, ideal for summer/winter walks with child & dog friendly pubs along the way. Cheshire is a wonderful place to visit and has many great days out We are also on the doorstep of North Wales at only an hour (ish) away you can visit the seaside for the day too. The best way to get around town is by foot. It’s only a few minute walk from the house. Please observe our quite time rule & respect neighbours whilst staying with us, if noise is reported by neighbours, guests will be asked to leave immediately. Please read the House Information pack on arrival and follow house rules. If House Rules are not followed and in addition there is any damage or missing items you are liable for all costs to replace said items. This is a NO SMOKING house and if there is any evidence of smoking there will be additional charges incurred to remove all evidence, smells and any damage. £200 penalty also applies. Any extra guests found to be entering the house without permission over and above the amount booked will be charged for per person and per night £50 a head as well as a £200 penalty charge. We politely ask that you respect our home and our house rules which are there to maintain our home and to make sure all of our guests have a fantastic stay with us. We appreciate most of our guests will be respectful of our home and adhere to rules the penalties are in place for the rare few that don’t. If any of the above rules are broken and it is seen by the host or reported by a neighbour, guests will be asked to leave immediately and penalty charges will apply as well as any costs to repair or clean. Late check out is charged at £50 per hour ( our cleaners still have to be paid if they are waiting around) If you wish to hire the hot tub, please ask in advance so it can be cleaned and prepared, deposit is payable and the hire fee, also liability forms must be completed.
