Nestled in the 4th floor the original structure has been carefully restored allowing the apartment to benefit from natural light all day long. Apartment is the perfect choice for families or small group of friends who spend a week in town exploring this region or professionals living in town for short periods of time whose families do visit during the weekend. The Apartment is rented on a Weekly Basis. Daily check in but Sundays. You can pick up the keys from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. The day you leave you should deliver the keys until 10 a.m. If you stay less than 7 nights you should pay for the whole week. In this case you have to tell us in advance which day and which time you arrive in order to arrange key service. From 9 p.m. until 9 a.m no key services is offered. The apartment is located in a nice square with trees. One minute walk to the harbour and five minutes walk to „Barrio del la Magdalena“. Beatiful beaches are 15 minutes away by car. We can put you in touch with surf and yoga teachers. In the same street good fish restaurants and nice cafe just in front of the Apartment. There is a bus stop one minute walk from the flat. You can park the car on the street.
