Nivaant Retreat - A 4BHK Luxury Villa in Lavasa

Located in the city of Lavasa, this 4 bedroom lakeview villa is a great get-away for families wanting to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city life. With spacious living and dining space, the villa also has a play area. The airy balconies offer a great sunset view. The villa has private parking and lush green lawns. The well maintained backyard garden provides a great environment to enjoy the nature. NO PETS The villa has a 24/7 caretaker who would ensure the safety of the guests. We provide fully operational kitchen for guests who enjoy cooking on their own - 500 INR per day as kitchen utility and cleaning charges. We DON’T offer cooked meals / no in-house cook. Cooking consumables should be procured by the guests. Breakfast/tea is NOT included in the rent. Entire villa including the living, dining and play area, kitchen, lawns. The caretaker would be there to welcome the guests and take care of them during the stay. I would be in touch with the guests through email/text. I would have limited interaction with the guests. NOTE - Guests MUST give details of vehicle registration number, exact number of guests and government IDs of everyone beforehand in order to enter Lavasa township. This is MANDATORY for non-residents. Otherwise, entry will be denied at the entrance of Lavasa housing. The neighbourhood is very quiet and mainly residential place with other bungalows belonging to affluent people. Guests should be respectful of quiet hours. To get around, you can rent a taxi. Taxi service is easily available through Lavasa city website and tourist information centre. This villa can accommodate 8 people. 4 extra adults can be accommodated with the extra beds available on chargeable basis of 1500 INR per extra person per day.
