This cute little single room can be yours whilst visiting Sydney. It is located in the middle of Maroubra Junction and only a few minutes walk to the shopping centre. 2 minute walk to the bus stop for buses to the city, airport, Coogee, Bondi etc. 7 minute drive to University of NSW, 5 minute drive to Prince of Wales Hospital. And, about half an hour walk or 5 minute drive to Maroubra Beach. Charming shed in our backyard with single bed, separate private bathroom and Private access. Private side gate access. Bathroom - a short walk across the garden Garden, laundry/bathroom, trampoline Family available for as much or as little interaction or help that you need. Happy to help but a friendly 'hi' is all that's needed Walking distance to parks, coffee shops, many different restaurants, library, grocery store and Maroubra beach. Buses are only a couple of minutes walk away to explore in every direction. Uber is always available to get around. Plenty of free parking on the street out the front if you have a car.
