The apartment, tastefully furnished with lots of natural wood, has a living/sleeping room with a queen-size bed, a cosy hallway with dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with a hob, coffee machine and a fridge-freezer, another bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers space for 4 people. The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a television with cable and satellite connection, heating, a baby cot and a high chair. Outside there are two beautiful balconies at your disposal. The view into the mountains is indescribably beautiful and lets you forget the hectic pace of everyday life quickly. There is also a communal garden with sunbeds and garden furniture, as well as a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Sporting activities such as hiking or cycling start right at your front door, and there is also a supermarket and several restaurants on site (140 - 250 m, 3 min walk). And for winter sports fans: the entrance to the Merano 2000 ski area is only 18 km away, the drive takes less than half an hour. Guests of the residence get free entrance to the open-air swimming pool of Tisens. Parking spaces are available on the property. Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored.
