The total surface area is 600m2 and the villa consists of ground floor and 2 upper floors. The apartments have their own private parking, which consists of 5 parking places connected to the main road. The villa is located on the first row by the sea and has a beautiful spacious yard where details of the nightlight give a special note. The exterior scales, which connect all the apartments, each with a separate entrance, lead to a beautiful green oasis with two palm trees that provide extra specialty. Also, stairs leads to the exit on the pebble beach. Each apartment has a balcony with beautiful sea view whose colors are particularly pronounced at sunset. On the balcony there is a table and chairs, for those who like to eat outdoors or who like to relax with the noise of the sea, reading their favorite book or with a glass of wine. The beautiful grey and white kitchen consists of a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and ice maker. The spacious living room consists of comfortable couches, sofas and stool and large screen TV. From the living room you come out to a balcony with a beautiful sea view.
