🌿Little Nook🌿 Preston/Lytham St Annes/Blackpool
Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows so it is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub and there is a small side open garden area with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix. 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼 Firstly there is parking for two cars in front of Little Nook. There is a small outside space down one side of Little Nook which is a real sun trap with benches and a table looking over the fields. To the rear of Little Nook is a 6 seater hot tub with mood lighting and Bluetooth audio speakers. There are steps to climb into the hot tub. The hot tub is operational 365 days of the year and is always kept at 40 degrees. There are festoon lights hanging from the trees and a security light. There is also a wind out cover if it is raining. Little Nook is detached and very private. Coming through the front door you will arrive in a large hallway with a slate floor, a place to hang your coats and a huge ornate mirror. GROUND FLOOR Off here is the kitchen equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, two barstools and small table. Tea, coffee and sugar are provided. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and the kitchen is fully equipped for you to be able to cook meals. Also on the ground floor is the shower room. Towels are provided for your stay. UPSTAIRS The first floor runs the entire length of the property. It is huge and is completely open-plan. At one end there is a round window overlooking the winding driveway and this is ‘the bedroom area’ comprising of a double bed and two single beds. The middle section makes way for a dining table and chairs seating four. At the other end of Little Nook’s first floor is ‘the lounge area’. There are two large leather sofas, coffee table and the TV/DVD with Netflix, SkySports and SkyBoxsets. Down the winding driveway is a little lane surrounded by fields. We are the only property on the lane. We are very accessible to other places. We are situated between two A roads so there are good route links. When you are outside you can hear some traffic noise but not when inside Little Nook as it is triple glazed. Little Nook is a totally separate, private space.
