Charming place, as a little house (60 m2), located close to “le parc des buttes Chaumont “. Our flat is situated at the back of a flowery courtyard next to “Pyrénées” underground station (10 min from “Châtelet “). Lively area, bars, restaurants. Ideally adapted for a family We are a couple with a little child, 3 years old, living in this place, charming as a little house (60 m2/648 sq. ft.), located close to “le parc des buttes Chaumont “ (5 min walking). Our flat is situated at the back of a flowery courtyard, so it is a very peacefully place, very sunny, with trees and birds all around you. And living there, you are right next to “Pyrénées” underground station (“ligne 11”, 10 min from “Châtelet “- heart of Paris). Our lively area (full of artists) is called « quartier du Jourdain », because of an old church called “église du Jourdain”! There are many different shops around it, especially bars, restaurants and « commerces de bouche » very appreciated by the Parisians. Our place is ideally adapted for a family (of course, we are a family !!!). Two bedrooms, one with a double bed for two adults, and another with two beds, one single and a pullout bed. We also have a very comfortable sofa bed (canapé-lit) in our … “sitting-room-library”. you will have to pay 45 € if the check-in is on sunday, public holyday, an if your arrival is from 21 H to midnight
