The Apartment is located in a very sunny and quiet area in the town center, with a beautiful panoramic view. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one with double and one with two beds. For children there are travel cot and booster seat available, as well as baby bath and changing board. The bathroom has a tub & shower, toilet and washing machine. Living room with access to the balcony, includes dining area and sitting area with wood stove. The kitchen includes a gas hob, wood stove and dishwasher. Autonomous gas heating. WIFI and TV. in the village it is easier to walk around. The car is used to visit the countless beauties of nature that the Val di Non offers. The parking is within a five minute walk from the apartment I do regret that I can't welcome you in person as currently I live in Poland. There is however our great Host Michela on the spot who will welcome you and provide you with all essential information. I am also at your service before and during your stay throughout social media or email. I will be delighted to answer any of your questions, share with you some tips on local area and give you culinary recommendations. Within few minutes walk, there are several shops including bakery and patisserie, supermarkets, souvenirs, pharmacy, laundry & dry cleaning service and culinary specialties. For dining out you will find several restaurants and bars nearby, where you can have breakfast, try our traditional culinary specialties, great pizza as well as have a coffee or a drink. The location of the apartment is perfect to enjoy beautiful mountains and exciting hikes in summer or explore different ski areas in winter. For mountain lovers, beautiful trails in the woods start from Fondo, ideal for Nordic walking and hiking. You can reach the Regole di Malosco, Lake Tret, Mount Macaion, Mount Luco and Mount Roen. For a relaxing walk, take the path in the "Burrone" to reach the enchanting Smeraldo Lake. For an exciting adventure, take a guided tour through the Rio Sass Canyon. For golf lovers, in fifteen minutes by car you can reach the “Dolomiti Golf Course” of Sarnonico. Ronzone's “Aqualido” indoor and outdoor swimming pool is just ten minutes away by car offering great infrastructure also for kids. In winter, the closest slopes for downhill and cross-country skiing are within twenty minute drive at the Regole di Malosco and Ruffré-Passo della Mendola. Public transportation is available to Merano, Cles and Trento. There is as well a bus service that connects the villages around Fondo. However, the most conveniente way to move around is by car, which can be parked at the public parking area located just few minutes walk from the apartment. Inside the house there is also a place where you can comfortably and safely leave your bicycles, winter sport equipment or a pushchair.
