Single room in 90 sm apartment

I rent two rooms in a 90sm apartment, located at 4th floor without lift, at 100 mt of distance from underground MM3 Porto di Mare and 200 mt from Rogoredo, train and bus station. It was my grandma home, i lived there for 18 years, in the time i have almost renewed it completely. Thanks to Airbnb, in the last years, i have had the possibility to host hundreds guests from all over the world, i have been plaesed to meet very special persons and to learn how to improve from their feedback. Via Montemartini, 4 - vicino MM3 Porto di Mare To reach the apartment is easy with underground MM3 (connected to Central Station and one stop from Rogoredo Station). Go down at MM3 Porto di Mare (San Donato direction from Central Station). Take the left to go out from underground, once out the right on the small pedestrian until the park, then cut into the park, go straight until it finish and you will be in front of compound way in (no. 4 of Via Montemartini). Guests can go and stay in all the common areas (red flat on the photos) plus bath and kichen. I will be often at home, for everything, but, if i am able i would sleep in other place. Apartment is located in a multi racial district, very good connected to pubblic transports and highway. The district is popular but is always crowled, there are ethnic shops open till late and restaurants / pizzerias where to eat at a fixed price also in the evening, spending half of the center. MM3 takes you to Duomo square in 15 minutes, 25 to Central station. Wirebus 93 takes you to Lambrate station in 40 minutes and cross 73 to Linate airport (30 minutes). Bus 95 takes to Stadium in an hour, or to Rogoredo train and bus station in 10 minutes. Rogoredo have trains that cross the city every quarter an hour and that cross all the underground stations. Garibaldi district is 25 minutes from the house. There are two trains an hour that take you to Expo in 32 minutes and it costs you 30 cent less than with the underground that takes an hour. 77 to Chiaravalle Abbey in 15 min (real abbey in the middle of agricole south park). There are 85 steps to clim everytime forget to take something in the room and you remenber it only when you are down. The boiler is dimentioned for one person, it's possible to have a couple of short showers, then you have to wait an hour and half before to do the third hot shower.
