If the coronavirus negative result sheet is not submitted to us before check-in, the reservation will be canceled based on the negligence of the guest, as it is deemed that the precautions are not properly understood even if the reservation is made. If a guest is tested positive for coronavirus after entering the guest house, the amount for the remaining period of stay is non-refundable, and the guest is obligated and responsible to comply with the instructions of the Korean government and public health officials.
