Situated a stones throw from Poldice Valley and the mining/bissoe trails. A central location with the north coast being a 10 minute drive away. Equally Truro and Falmouth are less than a 15 minute drive. Our property is set within a beautiful 7 acre small holding. We have horses, dogs, cats, chickens and children, so animal lovers are a must! Unfortunately we are unable to allow visitors to bring dogs as we have found that it unsettles our own dogs too much. We are offering a self contained flat within our recently built family home. If you are looking for a country stay within a lovely setting with access to cycle trails, beautiful walks and easy access to the north and south coast where you can enjoy Cornwall’s stunning beaches, we are perfect for you! The accommodation comprises of a self contained flat within our family home. It has its own access and off road parking is available. There is a double bedroom, bathroom, small kitchen/open plan lounge with a sofa bed. Our property is new and the postcode is not always recognised. Full directions will be given following booking. Please be aware that smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property. April/May 2022 Please note: we are doing some building work outside, alongside the property so it may not be as neat and tidy outside as it normally would be. For this reason the apartment is a reduced price during this time 😊 The flat is self contained, however we are at home most of the time and we are often buzzing around the place, working or seeing to the animals. We will supply delicious fresh eggs from our girls as required.
