It is located on the 1st floor, its windows have double glazing and is fully equipped with chevron parquet. Composed of: an entrance, a living room (with 2 double-glazed windows), a kitchen equipped with a dining table for six people, two bedrooms with storage and two bathrooms (including 2 toilets). The living room has a large sofa, two armchairs, a table, a television (including international channels) and a telephone (free calls on fixed and portable especially in the US, Canada, China, and more of 100 countries on fixed lines). The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped: microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, dishwasher ... The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, two lamps and bedside tables, a window overlooking the inner courtyard and large storage cupboards. In continuity, is the first bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds (repositionnable as a double bed), lamps and bedside table and window. The second bathroom consists of a large Italian-style shower, a sink, a heated towel rail and a toilet. The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection. Two guides are available: one to help use the equipment of the apartment and a second with information on the neighborhood (supermarkets, bakeries ...). One of our team will be on hand to welcome you in the apartment and answer your questions. This apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
