The Stables at Goonwinnow has a very comfortable living room with wood burning stove and a separate spacious kitchen with split level dining area. The doors from the living room open directly onto an enclosed garden area with patio, enjoying views across the fields – ideal for barbecues and relaxing in your own private hot tub. Up to two well behaved dogs are very welcome at a cost of £30 per stay. Both bedrooms are light and airy with vaulted ceilings and views over the garden. Both have 6' superking sized beds that can be split into twins, depending on your requirements making the space perfect for couples, a family or a small group of friends. The modern bathroom has a bath with glass screen and shower over. The Stables and The Piggery share a gravel courtyard parking area and work well as a double booking for families holidaying together yet preferring to have a little space to themselves. Need just a little extra space? Why not add on the gorgeous studio suite ‘An Leti'. Perfect for grandparents or other extended family members who want to holiday with the rest of the family but would like a quiet sanctuary to retreat to at the end of a hectic day! The cottages are provided with well-stocked fitted kitchen, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, Smart TV, radio/CD player, mini bluetooth speaker, barbecue, garden furniture and central heating. There is free WIFI available in all cottages, huge Egyptian cotton bath sheets, crisp white bed linen. There is an iron & ironing board and hair dryer. Hot tub towels are also provided as well as cots and high chairs on request. Smoking is not permitted within the cottages or games room. There is plentiful on-site parking. Within the farm grounds are an enclosed dog walking paddock, communal rustic games room with table tennis, pool table and table football as well as an outdoor play area with swings and climbing frame. Guests are welcome to roam in the fields and make use of these communal facilities. Changeover day during peak months is Saturday with flexibility and short-stays at other times.
