Truly tuscan villa with pool 6km to San Gimignano

Located in a splendid landscape just 6km away from San Gimignano, this villa is the perfect place for families and groups of friends who wish stay together for a genuine Tuscan holiday. The fantastic surroundings offer the opportunity to visit nature reserves, historic hilltop towns and enjoy authentic food and wine experiences. The villa is additionally well connected to Siena, Florence and Pisa, only an hour away by car or train. The location boasts large private spaces, surrounded by a relaxing countryside setting, where the sense of peace and calm are really unmatched. Thanks to its strategic position, guests can also benefit the confort of having all the main services just 10 minutes away by car (supermarket, cafés, restaurants, tobacconists, chemist, train station, etc..) Very large and bright, the villa has terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams. It can accommodate up to 10 people and it is composed as follows: - 4 bedrooms (three doubles and one '' twin '' bdr with two single beds). All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows - 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with tub/shower) - Large living room with leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo Hi-Fi system - Mezzanine/reading-room with queen size sofabed, particularly suitable for two older children - Well stocked kitchen/dining room equipped with a six burners hob, dishwasher (detergent supplied), espresso, american and capsule coffee machine (Nescafè Dolce Gusto), toaster, electric kettle, oven, microwave, two refrigerators with freezer - Wood-fired oven and two brick bbqs (wood provided) - A wooden staircase leads to the laundry room, equipped with washing machine (detergent supplied), dryer, iron and ironing board A corner of the house particularly appreciated by our guests is the lovely outdoor ''al fresco'' terrace, here you can organize your barbecues with friends and enjoy the splendid view over the valley. The entire villa is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden, full of fruit trees and aromatic plants, which hosts the splendid private swimming pool, also fenced (opening 30th April - 1st October 2022, 7x14 mt, depth 1.20 - 2.40 mt). We additionaly offer you a a ping pong table. Air conditioning is available in the 4 bedrooms only, however, if doors are left open during the day, the interiors cool down quite fast. In addition, few fans are supplied for free during summer. Heating is centralized. Included in the price: welcome basket, a bottle of local wine, spices for cooking, costs of water-electricity-gas-air conditioning-heating, 30 mega Wi-Fi, linen-towels-pool towels with weekly change (further linen changes or housekeeping service are available on request, with extra charge). Baby equipment such as cot (max 2), high chair (max 2) and changing mat (1), are available for free. We kindly ask you to book them in advance.
