Piece of Manly Paradise on the Coast

My little gem home has a real beach bach feeling with good vibes. After a busy day of your activity of choice, the large deck overlooks a local park is a good place to sit and watch the sunset. Set on the Whangaparaoa Peninsula, the choice for beaches are on both sides. The wind is the only worry, whichever side its not! Big Manly beach is a 5 minute flat walk away, with two parks close by there is lots of choice for all outdoor activities. Shakespeare Regional Park is a short 10 minute drive, where there is open space to walk, ride and enjoy the sea. Auckland CBD only 40 minutes or airport 50 minutes by car. Access is the whole house space. I will be in the local area, and available on mobile phone My neighbourhood is a quiet friendly community. You really need your own vehicle, getting to Whangaparaoa. Once there, there is a bus stop a few metres away to connect to local shopping centres. A small centre is close by, within 1km walk, has a supermarket, take away restaurants and a movie theatre. In the other direction is a lovely local village within walking distance again. Here there is a few great restaurants, a great local bar, bakery, florist, medical centre, dentist, chemist, wine shop, fruit shop, atm and small grocery/dairy store.
