Dale Farm Apartment on Hazelnut Orchard & Pond

Entire apartment with private entrance, patio and parking. We are located in the heart of Pinot wine country, and within one mile from Stoller Family Estate. We are conveniently located to many other vineyards and tasting rooms. Our property includes a hazelnut orchard of 2,200 trees, pond with dock, and nicely landscaped areas surrounding the home and apartment. Walk on the trail around the orchard, or sit on dock to spot wildlife on the pond. Look for Turtle Jack. The apartment is part of our northwest craftsman style home located on 30 acres with a hazelnut orchard and pond. It is private with its own entrance and plenty of parking. From the rustic patio with year-round outdoor seating and hot tub, you'll enter the apartment to find a combined living space, full kitchen with center island. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, along with outdoor cooking equipment. The cozy living space has comfortable furniture, direct-vent gas fireplace, large screen TV with plenty of channels and apps, assortment of family games, and books. From there, you'll enter a king bedroom with futon for an extra guest, and a full bathroom. King bed includes memory foam mattress, 100% cotton sheets and down comforter with linen duvet. Futon is set up with same quality bedding when needed. Bathroom is stocked with all amenities. The apartment and outdoor patio space is private and all yours to enjoy during your stay. You can also enjoy the floating dock and paddle around the pond on a couple of kayaks, or take a walk around or through the hazelnut orchard. We have 2 older pug boys that may say hello when outdoors, but your privacy will always be top priority during your stay. We follow Airbnb's 5-step cleaning and sanitizing rules. Own driveway parking leads to patio and hot tub area on pond side, private entrance to apartment, outdoor seating and dining, outdoor cooking equipment (propane), floating dock on pond with 2 kayaks and canoe. John boat also available for fishing. We are open to communication with our guests on any level desired. We quickly answer all questions and requests by text or call. We want our guests to enjoy their privacy. Early arrival or late check-out times are allowed if bookings permit (just communicate your request in advance). Our home is tucked away on 30 acres with surrounding hazelnut trees, a pond with floating dock, and landscaped areas. The home is found down a private drive and without neighbors. We are in the center of the Pinot Noir triangle (6 miles from Dundee, 6 miles from Carlton, and 6 miles from McMinnville). Just one mile away is Stoller Family Estate, a very popular winery in Dayton. And, across the street from Stoller is Branch Point Whiskey Distillery tasting room.
