Apartment includes following daily usage items: hair dryer, hand soap, dish soap, bath cleaner, one time usage gloves and a small reserve of: kitchen salt, table salt, sugar, coffee, tea, olive oil, winegar. Upon request homemade cakes amd jams are available. Also a small first aid kit is available. At your arrival you will find a QR code in order to download an area map containing hiking paths and excursions suggestments. Upon request you may get: Massages by Agnese Local Cow and Goat milk and cheese, only upon request Excursions with Raffaele Typical products and dishes tasting In Magreglio town center, in a typical Lombardy courtyard. At a few steps there are shops, pharmacy, postal office and public bus stop with Asso and Bellagio destinations. At 15 minutes by car you can reach Bellagio with possibility to get to different touristic destinations by ferry on Lake Como. At 15 minutes by car you can reach Asso with possibility to get on railway, Ferrovie Nord, with last stop in Milan centre. Important: Internet wireless access is high speed (DSL), 24 hours and free of charge We are flexible about checkin time, just advise and we'll make our best to arrange following your needs. We can be flexible about checkout time but only if there's no other guest arrriving on same day, only in this case we can allow few hours. We can arrange a shuttle service, free of charge, for a maximum of 3 persons from railway station in Asso, this train comes from Cadorna Railway station in Milan. Other shuttle service routes are available but not free. Important: Internet access is of DSL type, high speed, 24 hours, free. Checkin time is indicative and flexible, please communicate your needs previously and we'll try to make them effective. Entire La Coccola apartment and courtyard. We do not speak english (a very very little) but at your arrival there will be a person speaking in english in order to welcome you. We will be available to give you tips and suggestments. We are at home all day. If our guest would like it, we'll involve them at town events and at events we'll organize in our courtyard during summer time. Apartment is in old town heart, ideal as excursions start point. Car parking is within a few meters. Traffic excluded and absolutely peaceful area. We are near a car parking, few meters, and public transports stop, at a few minutes walking. Town offers a very nice hiking, easy walking, with lake panoramic view. Arrived at "belvedere" you may visit Madonna del Ghisallo sanctuary. Unique and not to be missed also the Cycling Museum, for cycling passionates. Going forward yoou may easily reach "Castagneti" locality, from where few hiking paths start, some paths are easy while other are at medium difficulty level. On the opposite side of this walk you may reach "Paradiso" and "Leves" locality where you can admire the lake from a considerable height, this particular makes this view fascinating. A little more challenging, the hiking path to reach Mount San Primo peak, from where you can enjoy the view of Lake Como, of all three braces, and coming you'll may choose to stop at Rifugio Martina to enjoy typical dishes (booking is required). We'll supply you all necessary informations. FOR WHOM DOESN'T LIKE MOUNTAIN 20 minutes by car and you can reach Bellagio where you can take a swim., free beach. From Bellagio, excursion possibility with ferries all along lake extension. (we suggest swimming shoes).
