This house is in a lovely Steier village close to the center and bath yet in a calm location with unique panoramic. The apartment has its own entrance from the outside! You can find here recreation on year-round. In winter Skiamadé ski slopes, In summer the unique Zipline, Flying coaster, Adventure park, strand, hiking and biking roads in the clean air. Near is the famous Hallstatt, Dachstein glass bridge, Steirischer Bodensee with big waterfall and you can discover any countless miracles. This is an attractive, modern and comfortable house with excellent panorama, close to the city center (shopping, bank, post office, etc. within 500 meters) Apartman has a separate entrance from the own garden! There are no connected common spaces. Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee / tea maker, crockery, cutlery, dish clothes. This charming little Styrian town is known not only for its unique location, its microclimate and its protected air, but also for its unique length and height of cableway in Europe what is called Zipline. This apartment is 44 m2, there are a hall, a living room with diner and kitchen and a bedroom. Bedroom has a double bed, livingroom has a doble sofa bed. If you necessary baby cot or spare bed we have it. I am there usually. Gröbming is lying above the valley of Enns at the height of 700 m. This place has its individual microclimate therefore the atmosphere and water are very clean. From the house the Panorama Bath is 200 meters away, town-center, shops, bank, pubs, mini golf, cinema and very good cafe, church are 300 meters away. Hauser Kaibling skilift (Schladming Ski Amade) 8 kms away, Adventure park and Zipline (The Zipline Stoderzinken makes it experiencable in an absolutely new way. Coming from Liezen in the third, Coming from Schladming to go the first into Gröbming’s driveway, then the third exit of the roundabout, go along about 200 meter on Badegessen (uphill) and turn right on Erzherzog J.W. Street. The street is a dead end, the last house in the Dream House .
