A 13 ha estate including a private lake, forest , meadows, dovecot, watermill, huntinglodge (holidayhome) and abandoned Midieval castle. The B & B has 4 large rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Large windows, high sealings, beautifull vieuws, on the groundfloor a living/breakfastroom with woodburning stove. Spread out through the garden are bearchairs. Listed roomprice: per night, based on 2 persons, does not include breakfast Continental breakfast : 9,50 euro p/p, to be payed upon departure 13 ha Domain in a beautifull setting with an abandoned Midieval castle. Several times a week we have a short guided tour through the castle. Plenty of outside space where you can enjoy the historical buildings. It gets really dark and you can hear the owl in the woods. Wij wonen zelf ook op het landgoed. Er is veel informatie over de omgeving beschikbaar inclusief wandelroutes, fietsroutes, overzicht van restaurants, golfbanen . Wij vertellen onze gasten graag over deze omgeving en kunnen ook reserveringen voor bv fietsen en restaurants verzorgen. De Bourgogne is bekend om zijn wijngaarden en vele kastelen. Bekende stadjes die het bezoeken waard zijn : Pommard, Meursault, Beaune. Autun op 20 minuten rijden met vele Romeinse overblijfselen waaronder een amfitheater. Cluny is bekend om zijn stoeterij en de abdij. Lyon is op 1.5 uur autorijden, de binnenstad is prachtig. Wandelen of fietsen door de wijngaarden. Bibracte gallische opgravingen in de Morvan. Hospice de Beaune in Beaune het oude ziekenhuis van Beaune. La Patriarche ondergrondse gangen met opslag van miljoenen wijnflessen in Beaune Kastelen bezichtigen: onze favorieten Couches, Germolles, Sully, Rochepot, Cormatin. Because the estate is located in the country side, a car is a must There is free parking Car rental at the TGV station of Le Creusot, in Beaune, Chalon sur Saone and Lyon Per TGV: Le Creusot station Per train: Chalon sur Saone, Chagny, Lyon Regional airport : Lyon Airport Paris, take the TGV to le Creusot ( the voyage is 1,5 hours) Continental breakfast : 8,00 euro p/p, to be payed upon departure Please take in to account that we do not have credit card facilities, We have 2 cats, 2 dogs, 2 Percheron (draft) horses and 2 Icelandic horses The horses are for private use only We live in the rural country side, close to the vineyards Our 2 ha lake is for fishing only ( carp and pike)
