Upon entering you are greeted by the bright and open living area with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. There is a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed for 2 guests. Additional linens are available for this bed. There is a flat-screen television in the entertainment unit with cable. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 plate electric cooker, oven and dishwasher, as well as a fridge, toaster, coffee maker etc. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available nearby. There is also a washing machine and clothes drying rack available for your convenience. An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. There is a table and chairs for 4 people where you can sit and enjoy your home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen area is a water closet with a toilet and sink. The large bedroom is situated off the living room where you'll find a large double bed for two people. Luxurious bedding is provided and you will find the bed neatly made upon arrival. The bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. Fluffy, white bath towels are provided for four guests. Complementary toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are also included to start of your stay. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. Please inquire for more information about cancellations. - Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar - Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM. - Check-out is by 10:00AM. - Final cleaning fee: 60 € - Damage Deposit. A 800€ damage deposit payment is required before arrival - Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking. - Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes. - Parties. The apartments are not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people. - Minimum age. The main booker must be 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. A valid credit card must be provided at the check-in for a pre-authorization of the damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after the checkout, provided no damage is caused to the flat. Late check-in: In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 € late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 €. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 €. After 1:00AM there will be a 100€ check-in fee. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, to show the unit to potential purchasers or tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and you cannot be contacted in time. In these situations, Management can enter the property at any time without giving you prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property potential new guests between the hours of 8:00am and 7:00pm local time.
