The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, there are two elevators and stairs, also it's wheelchair friendly. In front of the apartment is the Leaning Tower which is the bell tower of the Church of the Assumption of Mary (Assunta). The bell tower is one of the few preserved buildings of the old Rijeka city. Unfortunately, it has been spared from demolition and stands almost like a historic island in a city that has often erased traces of its past. On the ground floor is a cafe shop/bar called Kancelarija Bar (trans. Office Bar ) Everyhing is close by and can be done on foot: shoopings (food, drinks, souvenirs, girls shoppings,..), restaurants, museums, bars,..
