The north side of the building looking at the Romanesque church, and the south looking at garden with a swimming pool and the beautiful valley of the river Lima. The house decorated in perfect Tuscan style, lovely wooden beams and windows and terracotta flooring throughout, is divided as follows: Entrance ground floor, church side: on the right there is dining room and on the left there is a kitchen. after the communal room with sofas and beautiful piano, from here there is also access to the front garden and the pool. On the ground floor: dining room with a fireplace for dining and kitchen. Apartment 1: 45sqm on the first floor: 1 large double bed with fireplace , 1 room with a sliding partition made with double sofa bed and fireplace, 1 bath with shower Apartment 2: 45sqm up the stairs we come to the second floor: 2 double bedrooms + 1 bathroom Entering from the garden, up a few stairs, there is a terrace with wood oven , inside there are two studios: Studio 1: 35sqm first floor, we find one comfortable sofa bed and a single bed. Kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. Studio 2: 35sqm second floor, corner kitchen, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Externally we have a wood oven for guests, a BBQ, swimming pool and garden. Free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning. Parking close to Cottage. The villa is 90 minutes from the treasures of Florence, and the cliff villages of the Cinque Terre. Pisa - and its airport - is 50 minutes away. Carrara with its marble quarries (used by Michelangelo), Rapallo, Santa Margherita, Forte di Marmi and the Tuscan riviera are all close by. Bagni di Lucca is at the start of the Garfagnana valley , renowned in Italy as a center of production for artisanal foods, ham, sausage, cheese, chestnut flour, porcini are just some of the delights. The area is also particularly known for its hilltop villages and churches, along with the multitude of outdoor activities --- hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, river rafting, paragliding, just some of the many that are available. The provincial capital of Lucca (40 minutes) is a gem with its walls, beautifully preserved buildings and churches, villas with classic gardens, elegant shopping, and many cultural activities from opera (it's the home town of Puccini), to music festivals, a summer rock festival, photography and food fairs and exhibitions among the many attractions.
