Oceanfront Studio Apartment: (lower right) - is a beautifully designed studio apartment accommodating 2 guests. Please note this property does NOT permit pets. Bella Coastal Property has a strict NO PARTY POLICY . All guests must be OVER the age of 2 1 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items. (Basic pantry items are provided) Price is subject to change and a minimum stay period may be required. ***Please note that we do require a security bond of $500 for this property.
