Harmony Hill Hideaway, a luxurious, cozy cabin-like retreat tucked away in the mountains of coveted Lake Harmony Estates blocks away from the lake, restaurants, bars, and activities. With all of the comforts & conveniences of home, this Pocono getaway includes 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 bathrooms, master suite, 2 living rooms, multiple gathering areas, gas fireplace, bar, wrap-around deck, fire pit, grill & hot tub. Smart-TVs are located in all bedrooms and living areas. The driveway provides parking for 6 cars. Linens, towels & WiFi included. Escape to Harmony Hill Hideaway and leave your cares behind in our beautifully re-modeled and generously appointed private home with a "cabin in the woods" feel. Although secluded, you are 1 minute away from the lake, multiple delicious eateries, a waterfront restaurant, and quaint shops. This home can comfortably sleep up to 15 guests with 4 queen beds, a bunk bed with a full size and twin size mattress, as well as 2 queen sleeper sofa beds. Surrounded by private woods and nature, the outdoor space includes a huge wrap around deck, stone fire pit, gas grill (no need to bring propane), hot tub, fire pit, and large driveway for 6 cars. You have two living areas to choose from. The first floor offers 3 couches (one of which is a queen sleeper sofa bed), bar, and floor-to ceiling stone fireplace - perfect for snuggling up by the fire and watching your favorite movie on the big screen TV. The second floor includes the open-concept kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and all of your kitchen essentials. This floor also offers island seating for 4, a pub table and chairs, large dining table with seating for 8, and 2 more couches (one of which is a queen sleeper sofa bed). A quaint Romeo & Juliet balcony is located off of this floor with a bistro table to enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the passing local wildlife. The Master Suite includes a queen size bed, electric fireplace, Smart TV, desk, and en-suite bathroom. Each private bedroom was designed with your comfort in mind and features a large smart TV and premium bedding. Harmony Hill Hideaway has 2 full bathrooms, one with full length shower sliding glass doors and the other bathroom has sliding glass doors with a tub. Each bathroom includes essentials such as hair dryer, first-aid kit, toiletries, and toilet paper. All bed linens, pillows, blankets, comforters, and towels are included with your stay. Additionally, we include a 2 day supply of; hand soap, bath soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. See guide book for full list. For heating, every room in the house has its own thermostat to best accommodate your heating preferences. In the summer time, we have a large window air conditioning unit that cools the upper level common area in addition to a window unit in the master bedroom. Guests will enjoy the entire home and all of its amenities. The property has a large driveway and can accommodate up to 6 cars. Parking is not permitted on the street. Violators will be towed by the Lake Harmony Estates Homeowner’s Association. Landlord has no control over this rule. The fully equipped kitchen includes pots/pans, silverware, glasses, dishes, coffee cups, cooking utensils, blender, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, etc. See guidebook for full list. Your reservation at Harmony Hill Hideaway grants you FULL access to the private beach at the Lake. Homeowner/Landlord is not responsible for opening or closing of community access areas. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home, however you can smoke anywhere outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated outdoor receptacles. There is a $500 fine for smoking and/or vaping inside of home. The entire home has been professionally decorated and furnished with premium brands. Harmony Hill Hideaway is professionally cleaned & fully sanitized in between stays according to all VRBO and CDC guidelines to ensure your health and safety. Miscellaneous Notes: Working from home? Are the kids learning virtually? Harmony Hill Hideaway has you covered! 2 Bedrooms in our home include areas with a comfortable desk and chair so you can work privately, in the event that you have to. Free Un-Limited High Speed WiFi. We include one set of bed sheets, pillow cases, and comforters for all beds. Additionally, the home comes stocked with bath towels and wash cloths. There is a washer and dryer on the premises for you to launder these towels/linens if you wish. Please bring your own laundry detergent and fabric softener. All of the Smart TVs in the home are ready for your own personal streaming accounts such as Hulu, Netflix, etc. We do not provide streaming accounts or cable. The upstairs common area contains a large air conditioning unit and the master bedroom has a window air conditioning unit. The entire home features heating with individual thermostats in each room. You can change the heating temperature in each room individually. We utilize a "Smart Check-In" process that gives you the ability to check yourself in upon arrival with our electronic key system. We do not perform "in-person" check-ins. We try to make everything, from start to finish, as hassle-free as possible for you! COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS & PROTOCOL We perform a rigorous multiple point cleaning and disinfecting procedure in between each stay to ensure the health and safety of our guests. A COVID-19 waiver will need to be signed in order to confirm your reservation. Your furry friends may be permitted for an additional $150 per pet fee. Please contact host for more details. Only hypo-allergenic dogs are permitted inside our home. This means that we only permit dogs that do not shed. Please inquire for more details and exact pricing. Due to the size of this home, we require a minimum of 4 guests to book. Certain dates and holidays have a minimum night stay requirement. Contact host for additional details. Must be at least 24 years of age to book a reservation. Parties are strictly prohibited. The exterior grounds have security cameras in place for both your protection as well as the homeowners. The Pocono Mountains experience a considerable amount of snow and precipitation in winter months. Although we do make every effort to remove snow in a timely manner, there are times in which renters will have to do some shoveling, this is unavoidable. Please note that pricing is based on the final guest count. 7 Days prior to arrival you can expect our property manager to send you a link to our Home Guidebook so you can become easily acquainted with our home and the surrounding areas. *A short term rental agreement along with other waiver forms, such as a COVID-19 form and hot tub form, will be required upon booking. Home access cannot be issued without the return of these forms in a timely manner.*
