Family apartment with terrace and pool, just steps from the beach. Located in the seaside town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, you are 30 minutes by car or train north of Barcelona. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator. It is composed of a large and bright lounge / dining room. You will find a table that can accommodate 6 people, a large corner sofa and flat screen TV but also a fireplace. The living room gives directly onto the large terrace with direct views of the pool and community garden. The terrace is fully equipped with table to enjoy a good dinner after a day at the beach and two loungers. A large separate kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, utensils, ... The night part consists of three bedrooms, all overlooking terrace and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed and has its own bathroom with bathtub. The second also has a large double bed. Finally the third is composed of a bed drawer that can accommodate two people. The second bathroom with shower is in the hallway. The apartment is equipped with an integrated air conditioning and central heating. Wifi Internet. Washer and dryer. Check-in regular time between 15h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 20€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 30€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 20€. Early check-in before 15h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 20€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact.- The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Llavaneres city tax not included: 1.00€ per night per person. - Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine - 80€ special fee required on arrival for gas, water and electricity for monthly stay only - 500€ refundable security deposit will be due in cash at check in for monthly stay only
